Section 1

Definitions and Interpretations

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the xbajj website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to each user's personal profile on the platform.
• "Game" refers to casino games, slots, fishing games, betting, and other entertainment activities available on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credits or rewards provided by the platform.
• "Transaction" refers to any financial activity related to deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

Section 2

Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to create and use an account on the xbajj platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age — this service is only for users aged 21 and above.
• You must operate the account in your own name and for yourself.
• Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of account creation must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• You may not allow anyone else to use your account or manage an account on behalf of another person.

Account Registration and Verification

Your account will be activated upon successfully completing registration on the xbajj platform. We may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

If xbajj detects fraud, irregularities, or a violation of these Terms in any account, xbajj reserves the right to suspend that account temporarily until the investigation is complete.

Section 4

Account Security and Password

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
• You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
• Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the server, network, or the platform's security systems is strictly prohibited.

Section 5

Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

The following payment methods can be used for transactions on the xbajj platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Deposits and withdrawals may only be made through your own verified payment account.
• Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited.

xbajj reserves the right to carry out additional verification before processing a withdrawal if required.

Section 6

Welcome Bonus and Wagering Requirements

xbajj offers a 120% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳14,000 or more → Maximum bonus ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳22,000.

• Wagering requirements apply only to the bonus amount (not the deposit amount).
• Wagering multiplier: 20x. For example, ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• If any game or bet is conducted contrary to the bonus terms, the relevant bonus may be cancelled.

xbajj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Section 7

General Gaming Terms

All games operated on the xbajj platform are run on secure, fair, and certified fair-play technology. Game results are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG).

• If a technical error occurs during a game, the relevant round may be cancelled and the wagered amount will be refunded.
• The use of any automated software, bots, or unfair techniques is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through collusion or prior arrangement may result in account termination.
• Any bet placed in the Sports Betting section will be settled in accordance with xbajj's established rules.

Section 8

VIP Program Terms

The xbajj VIP program has 5 levels in total. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each level:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to each level depends on active participation on the platform. xbajj reserves the right to modify the detailed terms of VIP benefits at any time.

Section 9

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbajj platform, and if detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Creating or managing multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
• Bonus fraud or obtaining bonus benefits through improper means.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or database.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other form of technical misuse.
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users.
• Creating an account by providing false or misleading information.

Section 10

Account Closure and Fund Forfeiture Policy

xbajj reserves the right to close an account and, where applicable, forfeit funds in the following circumstances:

• A serious breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Systematic abuse of bonus rules.
• Evidence of depositing funds from illegal sources.

Prior to closing an account, xbajj will attempt to notify the relevant user where possible.
